The College of Staten Island women’s volleyball team is back on the road tonight at Madison, NJ to take on FDU-Florham at 7:00 pm in a non-conference matchup.  The Dolphins are coming off of a 3-0 loss to the Bears of St. Joseph’s College – Brooklyn and will look to return to the win column tonight.

Players to Watch (CSI):  Look for Jessica Cafiero to be extremely active in tonight’s match.  Cafiero leads the Dolphins with 302 assists on the year, and she will move all over the court to set up the perfect ball for her teammates.  Siobhan Granich continues to be the Dolphins’ most potent offensive player as she collected 11 more kills last night to give her 160 on the year.
Players to Watch (FDU-F):  Lauren Harris has dominated the offensive stats for the Devils and leads her team with 274 kills.  Melissa Gaffney is just as effective and has tallied 238 kills on the year, good for second on the team. Allowing her teammates to be so successful is Courtney Conte, who has tallied 733 assists through 28 matches this season.
News and Notes: Tonight’s match will mark the first time that the Devils have taken to the court against the Dolphins in their history.  The Dolphins are currently on a two-match losing skid while the Devils have won just one of their last four matches. When Staten Island travels away from their home court this season, they have posted a 4-7 record while the Devils have amassed a 2-2 home record.
