The Men’s Volleyball team seeks redemption as they travel to Baruch College to play in a conference match-up at the ARC Arena. The Dolphins will look to notch their first ever win over the Bearcats, starting at 6:00 pm.

Players To Watch (CSI): Mark Palencia had a standout performance in last Saturday’s tri-match, notching 14 kills against St. Joseph’s (BK) and 8 kills against Rutgers-Newark. Palencia is 22nd in the nation averaging 3.42 kills per set and 13th in the nation with 8.73 attacks per set. Palencia leads the team with 89 kills. Danil Kukovitskiy had a team-high 5 blocks against St. Joe’s (BK) and 2 blocks against Rutgers-Newark. Kukovitskiy is second on the team with 43 kills and leads the team with 24 blocks. Anthony Vigilante has made his mark on the team, as he sits third with 37 kills. Adil El Haddad paces the way for the Dolphins with a team-high 173 assists.

News & Notes: The Dolphins have yet to topple the Bearcats in conference play, as Baruch has a 0-5 advantage including a 3-0 sweep in the CUNYAC tournament last season. Both teams are nationally ranked in digs per set where the Dolphins are 33rd in the nation with 9.75 digs per set and Bearcats are 26th with 10.23 digs per set. The Dolphins are led by Ronald Tisbe with 56 digs and Palencia and Zebin Guo are tied for second with 51 digs.
