The College Bursar’s office, located in Building 2A, Room 105, is in possession of paychecks for employees entitled to retroactive payout pursuant to the recent negotiated collective bargaining agreements reached between CUNY and the PSC and DC37. Employees who have previously worked in Classified or PSC-represented titles during the following periods may be entitled to a retroactive payment that is pending for pick-up at the Bursar’s office.

Effective, Monday, Mar. 27, 2017 the College will mail out these paychecks to the last known address on record. Impacted employees should contact or visit the Bursar’s office, prior to this date, to confirm if a paycheck is pending and arrange for pick-up.
Your check can be picked up any day that the College is open during Bursar Window hours. Please be sure to bring photo ID when picking up your check.

Friday 9:30am-3:45pm
The State Of New York requires that unclaimed paychecks must be returned to the State and the process of having your check reissued can take up to six months.
