MEET RESULTS | The College of Staten Island women’s cross country team was in action today on their home course.  The Dolphins hosted several schools at the CSI Invitational at Clove Lakes Park in Staten Island, NY.  Last year they did not place, however, this year was a better showing. The Dolphins came in third place with a score of 106.

Leading the way for the Dolphins was Tristiana Adragna. Adragna finished in the top 10 for the Dolphins, coming in 9th with a time of 28:12.1. Veronica Lorenzo rounded out the top 20 by placing 20th with a time of 30:34.9 just missing 19th place by a few seconds. Placing ahead of the Dolphins with four, top-five finishes was Kingsborough and NYIT, giving them the top two finishes as a team.

Victoria Debernardo came in four minutes after Lorenzo and posted a time of 34:55.1, good for 36th place.  Rounding out the top five scores for the Dolphins were Jessica Lin and Kwan Ho who came in with times of 35:43.5 and 36:51.9. 

The Dolphins will return to action on Saturday, October 7 at the NJIT Highlander Challenge in Newark, NJ.
