The campus community is invited to Hillel’s book event with Pulitzer Prize-winning author and journalist Glenn Frankel discussing his recent book, High Noon: The Hollywood Blacklist and the Making of an American Classic, this coming Sunday, Mar. 25, in the Campus Center (Building 1C) Park Café at 10:30am.

This cross-cutting account focuses on the idealistic young screenwriter Carl Foreman who conceived of High Noon as a thinly veiled parable of the Blacklist era. Admission is $30 at the door and includes continental breakfast. This event is free to students and faculty with ID; all proceeds support the programs of Hillel at the College of Staten Island.
