An evening of short plays by Romulus Linney. Each of the plays, separately, and together, takes up the theme of love – in many of its variations and wonders, beginnings and endings. At the center of the evening are Appalachian native Linney's Sand Mountain plays – humor and the rich linguistic and imaginative culture of Appalachia combine to create a joyful experience of this little understood, and often stereotyped, region of the United States.
