Dr. Isabel D. W. Rechberg obtained her PhD in Management at Kent Business School, University of Kent, UK. Dr. Rechberg is committed to bring awareness to the critical role of individuals in the workplace to assist both individual and organizational performance. Her main academic interests include Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, and employee engagement and empowerment. She has presented her research at BAM, EURAM and AOM and she has received a best paper award for her work. She holds a Master Degree in Labor Law and Relations from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor Degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Vesalius College, Belgium.
