In partnership with U.S. Department of State’s Peace Corps, CSI is launching the Peace Corps Prep program for CSI students.

Come learn about the Peace Corps and how you can prepare to be a Peace Corps Volunteer on Thursday, Feb. 10 in the Campus Center (Building 1C) Green Dolphin Lounge from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. This is an in-person event.

Jenny Pisani, a CSI alumna and a returned Peace Corps volunteer (2015-17), taught as an English teacher and teacher trainer at a local public secondary school in Ang Roka, Cambodia. While there, her host family, co-teachers, students, and other community members also taught her about Cambodian culture, food, language, and beliefs. Learn about the Peace Corps and share in Jenny’s journey from her time abroad.

Go online to learn more about the program.

Refreshments will be served. This is a PG CLUE event. All are welcome.

This program is funded by the Campus Activities Board using Student Activities Fees and sponsored by the Center for Global Engagement, the Department of Political Science and Global Affairs, and the CSI Eta Lambda chapter of the Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars.
