Faculty Center for Professional Development presents Basic and Intermediate Training Workshops on Using “Navigate CSI” for Early Alerts and Feedback:

Basic Training on Using “Navigate CSI” for Early Alerts and Feedback, Dates: Monday, Jan. 23 and Monday, Feb. 6 from 11:00am to 11:45am – Virtual (via Zoom)  

Navigate CSI is a collaborative advisement virtual tool that aims to improve student retention and boost academic success. You have utilized this tool before for mid-semester progress reports; however it has many more components that help identify at-risk students and offers assistance with various interventions. Basic Training covers the essential features to get started: Professor/Staff Home; adding a to-do list; creating  availability, alerts, calendar, and messaging; managing progress reports based on assignments and attendance; accessing student profiles; adding notes to student record; and recording attendance and appointments. This is recommended for new users or those who need a refresher.

Intermediate Training on Using “Navigate CSI” for Early Alerts and Feedback, Dates: Tuesday, Jan. 24 and Thursday, Feb. 9 from 11:00am to 11:45am – Virtual (via Zoom) 

Navigate CSI is a collaborative advisement virtual tool that aims to improve student retention and boost academic success. Intermediate Training covers value-added features to the basic training offered during January Winter Intersession. It includes: Advanced Search, Campaigns, PAL links, Student Lists, Reminders, Alerts, and Cases. These topics are not necessary to start using the platform but helps build on what is possible. This is recommended for faculty/staff with a Navigate CSI Advisor role. This event will be presented by Veronica DiMeglio, Curriculum Coordinator, Office of Academic Affairs (CSI).
