Don Selby (Assistant Professor) received his PhD in Anthropology from Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Anthropology from the New School for Social Research, and an MA in Communications from McGill University. His research interests include legal anthropology, human rights, and the emergence of cultural novelty in everyday life. His research takes place in Thailand, where he is now focusing on human trafficking, and the mobilization of political, social and ethical resources to combat it.
