Celeste Wortes (Substitute)-received her M.A. at St. Mary’s University, Texas and her B.A. at Trinity University, Texas. She is working towards her Ph.D. at the Graduate Center of New York in Theoretical Linguistics. Ms. Wortes is a dedicated and accomplished educator and mentor with 25 years experience in higher education teaching.
Her professional concentration is in college level composition, research writing, technical writing, grammar and literature (including World Literature and British Literature). She has published in the American Literary Review and she presented at the Multicultural Voices in Literature Conference.
