The Gallery of the College of Staten Island is delighted to announce an exciting new exhibition, “Cataloguing Attitudes: Contemporary Photography and the Archive,” running from Wednesday, April 1 to Thursday, May 14.

The exhibition features five innovative photographic artists, Myra Greene, Charlotte Haslund-Christensen, Fredrik Marsh, and the collaborative duo Tarrah Krajnak and Wilka Roig, who address the idea of the catalogue or the archive in works of inspiring beauty, visual complexity, humor, and emotional depth.

Please join us for the opening reception, on Wednseday, April 1 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, where you will get the opportunity to meet some of the exhibiting artists.

“Cataloguing Attitudes” is co-curated by Beatrix Reinhardt (assistant professor of photography) and Siona Wilson (assistant professor of art history).

Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, noon to 4:00pm and Saturday, noon to 3:00pm.
