The Second Annual Leadership Conference at CSI, “Students Impacting Communities,” will be held on Friday, April 3. The full-day event (8:30am to 4:00pm) is open to all CSI students, faculty, and staff, as well as the greater CUNY community.

There will also be participants from several area colleges and universities and this event will serve as an opportunity for students and professionals to meet and share ideas, opportunities, and concepts in leadership and civic engagement. The conference will communicate and demonstrate the importance of leaders and leadership as well as the need for students to have an impact and to make a difference in our communities.

The conference will feature two incredible keynote speakers, Dominic Carter (“Inside City Hall” Host/Senior Political Reporter for NY1) and Caryl Stern (President and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Fund for UNICEF).

We are thrilled about the day and we want to share this leadership opportunity with the entire CSI community.  In addition, we have invited students from the CSI High School for International Studies, other CUNY colleges, and the CUNY Leadership Academy, as well as from St. Johns University, Wagner College, and a group of students, faculty, and staff from Kennesaw State University, Georgia.

You can download information about the conference and register here.
