The Payroll Office asks all CSI employees to verify that the address on their pay stubs is accurate, as this is where 2009 W-2s will be mailed.
If your address is incorrect, please notify the Payroll Office by December 2, 2009 in Building 3A, Room 203 or email Robin Schwab at schwab@mail.csi.cuny.edu.
