On behalf of the Institutional Planning (IPC) and as Chair, I thank all who have offered feedback on the draft Mission, Vision, and Values statements.

I would like to request that each member of the CSI community take a few minutes to complete the survey. We need your participation even if you attended a Town Hall Meeting or General Faculty Meeting on the Strategic Plan and have already responded by the using the audience response technology “clickers.” The online survey is a follow-up to the questionnaire used previously–questions have been added and others revised in order to obtain more precise feedback. Please take the time to complete this survey whether or not you participated with the “clickers” during a Town Hall Meeting or General Faculty Meeting.
