In effort to rid the College of obsolete, broken, and unused equipment, we will be conducting campus-wide pick-ups of the equipment twice a year-–during the winter break throughout the month of January and throughout the upcoming month of July.
If you need equipment removed for discard:
-Forward an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating what the equipment is
-Include the CUNY barcode tag
-Give the location of the equipment
As the requests accumulate, Marilyn Ulrich of the Office of Buildings and Grounds will contact each requestee to set up a scheduled time to pick up the equipment. Please make your requests as early in the month as possible. There is limited storage space and once we reach our capacity, all remaining requests will be held until the next salvage pick-up period.
