The Women’s Center will host “Take Back the Night,” a speak-out and candlelight march against violence toward women, today from 6:30pm to 9:00pm in the Cempus Center (Building 1C) Green Dolphin Lounge.
Each year we come together as a supportive community for those who choose to speak about experiences of violence or abuse. We offer information about resources on campus and on Staten Island. In the march that follows, we aim to bring into the light a problem that too often remains hidden. Students, faculty, staff, and members of the wider Staten Island community are welcome.
