The application for the Women’s Forum Education Award has been extended.
The Women’s Forum Education Award is a unique initiative to encourage mature women to fulfill their potential through the pursuit of education and to enhance their capacities to provide service to their communities. Awards of $10,000 will be given to women over 35 who, after interrupting their education, are now pursuing their first undergraduate degrees. Applicants must be New York City residents and not be scheduled to graduate before December 2012.
The application deadline has been extended to Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011. For more information, visit the Award Website at and click on the “Education Fund” tab to download an application.
