Applications are being accepted by the Alliance with the Richmond County Medical Society for a scholarship award of $3,000 per year for four consecutive years. The scholarship funds have been contributed by the Richmond County Medical Society and their families. Preliminary requirements are financial need, high academic standing, and attendance at a medical school approved by the American Medical Association. In addition, the applicant must have been a Staten Island resident prior to attending medical school.
Applicants should contact the Richmond County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship Committee for applications before April 15, 2012.
