As a corollary to the Library’s (Building 1L) display of books authored by CSI faculty and staff, the Archives & Special Collections hosts events during Club Hours each semester to give authors a chance to talk briefly about the research that went into their book. The talks are open to the entire campus community. At each event, three or four authors speak for five to ten minutes each and have an opportunity to respond to audience questions. If you are interested in presenting at an event on Tuesday, Oct. 30 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm, please let me know in an email that also includes the publication information about the book you wish to discuss.
