As we approach the Holiday season and the coming New Year , we write to ask each CSI faculty and staff member who has suffered from the devastation of Hurricane Sandy to submit, in confidence, a request for financial assistance from the CSI Foundation Hurricane Sandy Emergency Relief Fund by emailing the CSI Foundation at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of your losses.
All requests for support will remain confidential and should have no bearing on any individual claims of insurance or FEMA applications.
Our campus community has been extraordinarily generous in its response to the needs of our colleagues, with contributions to the Fund, as well as expressions of support.
If you wish to contribute to the Emergency Relief Fund with your credit card, you may do so online by clicking on the “Make Your Gift Online Now” button.
Checks can be mailed or delivered to the CSI Foundation at the Office of Institutional Advancement, 2800 Victory Boulevard, 1A-401, Staten Island, NY 10314, noting Emergency Relief Fund on the memo line of your check.
