Because the need remains so great, the deadline for contributions to the CUNY Campaign has been extended until Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013.
The form for new pledges and donations can be filled out and submitted online from the CUNY Campaign Website. On the homepage, click on the right side under “Participating Agencies.” Then, click on “Search Mode” to find the charity of your choice. If you would like to provide direct support to CSI students, the charity code is #13320 on your electronic pledge form. If you’re paying with a check or money order, please complete the online pledge form with your signature, print it and send it to the CUNY Campaign Coordinator, Jennifer Towles in Building 1A, Room 401.
If you are already contributing through a payroll deduction and wish to change your pledge, call Jennifer Towles at jennifer.towles@cuny.csi.edu or 718.982.2588 for assistance. Please note: If you pledged prior to 2012, that payroll deduction will not continue for 2013. All past donors must complete a new online pledge form.
