Today at 2:30pm, the College will officially dedicate and relaunch the Advanced Imaging Facility (AIF) (Building 6S, Room 006). Following an eight-month expansion and renovation, the AIF is officially open for business. The facility, which is a core facility for faculty at CSI, is available for use by investigators from all CUNY and non-CUNY campuses. The facility houses a transmission and a scanning electron microscope, a confocal laser scanning microscope, an atomic force microscope, a live-cell imager, flow cytometer, fluorescence-activated cell sorter, and a host of ancillary equipment for specimen preparation. Join Interim President Fritz, Interim Provost Naider, and Dean Chigogidze as we officially re-open the new and improved Advanced Imaging Facility.
