The following technology training workshops will be offered by the Office of Information Technology HelpDesk during November 2013:

-Creating a Budget Spreadsheet, MS Excel 2007/2010, Part 1 – Thursday, Nov. 7. (12:30pm to 2:30pm) and Tuesday, Nov. 12 (10:00am to noon): The class will cover entering data, formatting the data, tips, and tricks. Although we will supply a dataset, you may bring your own to personalize the class for your office.

–Creating a Budget Spreadsheet, MS Excel 2007/2010, Part 2 – Thursday, Nov. 14. (10:00am to noon): The class will pick up from Part 1 and will include calculations and manipulations of data. Although we will supply a dataset, you may bring your own to personalize the class for your office.

-Creating a Budget Spreadsheet, MS Excel 2007/2010, Part 3 – Thursday, Nov. 21 (10:00am to noon): The class will pick up from Part 2 and will include charts, formulas, functions, linking spreadsheets, and macros. This class is not for beginners. 

-Intro/Intermediate MS Word 2007/2010 – Tuesday, Nov. 26 (10:00am to noon): This is a basic MS Word class.

-Meet, Greet, and Learn Technology – Tuesday, Nov. 12 and/or Tuesday, Dec. 10. (between 2:30pm to 4:30pm): Stop by our office to get your computer/technology questions answered. If you bring your file with you, we can provide one-on-one support. Please call to schedule a specific time.
 

The classes will take place in Building 2N, Room 115.

The Meet, Greet, and Learn Technology Sessions will take place in Building 2A, Room 306.
