Dean’s Symposium: “Happiness, Choice, and Policy”

The final Dean’s Symposium of the semester will take place on Thursday, Dec. 5 in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P) Recital Hall from 2:30pm to 4:20pm. The topic will be “Happiness, Choice, and Policy” with Stephen Morris, Assistant Professor, Philosophy, and Mark White, Professor, Philosophy and will feature a conversation between two philosophers on the question of the nature of happiness, the role it plays in choice, and the controversy over its use to make government policy.
