The 2014-2015 Resident Assistant (RA) selection process is quickly approaching. We are in need of assistance with the RA group interview process in which candidates participate in three group activities while being observed by evaluators (you). In order to have a diverse group of evaluators, we are reaching out to the CSI community for 12 to 15 volunteers. Having a diverse group of evaluators will help to select a well-rounded group of RA candidates committed to meeting the needs of their fellow students residing in Dolphin Cove.
As an evaluator, you will be randomly assigned to approximately three candidates to observe and evaluate for the duration of the group process. The evaluator’s assistance will be needed on Tuesday, Mar. 4 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm to evaluate the candidates through the entirety of the group process. In addition, evaluators will need to attend a candidate review meeting on Wednesday, Mar. 5 from 9:00am to 1:00pm to evaluate and select candidates to move on to the individual interviews.
