I write to provide an update on some important changes in the Division of Enrollment Management.
Shannon Cammarano has been appointed as Enrollment Director, reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, effective Monday, Feb. 24, 2014. In her role, Shannon assists the VP in data analysis and assessment, undertakes various enrollment projects under the VP’s direction, and represents the VP at various venues. Shannon previously served as the Associate Director of Financial Aid and Manager of The Hub. A search is underway for her replacement in the Office of Student Financial Aid.
Veronica DiMeglio will continue in her role as Curriculum Coordinator and will continue to be responsible for catalog publishing, DegreeWorks/FACTS-related matters, and Pathways appeals. However, effective Monday, May 12, as part of the Division’s restructuring, this position will report directly to the VP for Enrollment Management and will no longer be housed within the Registrar’s Office.
Finally, The Hub will be renamed the “Enrollment Services Center.” As part of our long-term evaluation of the delivery of enrollment-related services to our students with particular focus on The Hub as a pivotal point of student contact, the Enrollment Management Division has been interested in expanding both the breadth and depth of services provided. There will soon be more information to follow with regard to the evolution and management of the Enrollment Services Center.
I am pleased to share these changes with the College community and am confident that this transition will strengthen the services that we provide and more completely meet the contemporary needs of our students.
