The Bears (1-1, 0-0 HVIAC) are coming off of a loss against York College 3-1 (25-17, 25-16, 21-25, 25-23) and will not want to lose two matches in a row.  St. Joseph’s Brooklyn went 8-12 last season and made it to the HVIAC Tournament Championship where they were defeated in three sets by Yeshiva University. The Bears are led by Raul Urshela and Taso Kostikas who have 40 combined kills and are hitting .269 and .231 respectively.

CSI will need to ride the momentum of the win into tonight’s game to put together a win streak.  The .224 hit percentage was a season high for the Dolphins which was led by Shedvasser with .500 while Philip Szumanski put up a career high 10 assists.
