Tomorrow, instead of our regularly scheduled walk, head over to the Gym (Building 1R) at noon for Strength Training with Marianne McLaughlin (meet at the bottom of the stairs) and gear up for next week as we have back-to-back Lunch and Learn sessions (Monday, Maay 16 in Building 1A, Room 308 with Samantha from Shop Rite and on Tuesday, May 17 with Donna Scimeca on Mindfulness and Yoga in Building 1A, Room 406).

Over the weekend, your homework assignment will be to take the time to go online and watch the video (you will need between 15 to 20 minutes).
