The Office of Technology Systems is pleased to announce a new process that will allow you to provide immediate feedback on the technology services you are receiving. Starting June 6th, we are excited to launch a survey tool as part of the HelpDesk ticketing system. When you receive a “ticket closed” notification in your email, a survey link will be included. Using your FLAS credentials for access, the link will connect you to our ticketing system where you will be able to complete a short survey as well as view all tickets associated with your account. The ticket history can be viewed any time by logging into the HelpDesk Ticketing System (on campus only).
