Join the Center for Global Engagement for Passport Day on Monday, Nov. 14 at the Center in Building 2A, Room 206 from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

This special service is offered to CSI students, faculty and staff exclusively. Please tell your students and share this information with your friends at CSI.
Prepare for the day by completing one of the following application forms:
Be sure to read the Passport Book Application Checklist before Nov. 14 so you’ll be ready. If you need to, you can also have your picture taken for a fee of $10 cash or money order.
The checklist will have all the fees and required documents. Hard copies of the passport application and ISIC forms can be picked up at the Center in Building 2A, Room 206. You can also access the forms from the Center’s Website.
