In the piece, “Resisting Trump In The Reddest Part Of New York City” by Jamie Fuller, Dr. Flanagan “told MTV News that many of these voters are once-blue Reagan Democrats who have been voting conservative for decades and are unlikely to turn back,” according to Fuller.
