In an effort to rid the College of obsolete, broken, and unused equipment, the Offices of Campus Planning and Facilities Management conduct campus-wide pickups of the equipment twice a year. The next pick-up is scheduled from Saturday, July 1 to Friday, August.

If you need equipment removed for discard, please forward an email to marilyn.ulrich@csi.cuny.edu or lillian.mcginn@csi.cuny.edu stating what the equipment is, including the CUNY barcode tag, and the location of the equipment.

As the requests accumulate, Marilyn Ulrich of the Facilities Management Office will contact each of you to set up a scheduled time to pick up the equipment. Please make your requests as early as possible. There is limited storage space and once we reach our capacity, all remaining requests will be held until the next salvage pick-up cycle.
