Perone was able to get inside and use her size in the last outing and will use that size again this afternoon.
Players to Watch (BC): Shannon Barrett leads the Bearcats with 18.1 points per game while also cleaning the boards with 9.4 rebounds per game. Daniela Arias is dishing out 4.4 assists per game and will try to decipher the Dolphins’ quick defense to find her open teammates.
News & Notes: Last season the Dolphins and Bearcats split the series as each won the game at their opponents home court. The Bearcats recently broke a four-game losing skid with their CUNYAC win over Medgar Evers. The Dolphins rebounded nicely from their overtime loss to M.I.T with a big CUNYAC win over Lehman College. Over the last five meetings, the Dolphins have won three of them while holding Baruch to just 51 points per game. Staten Island is pouring in nearly 80 points per game while holding opponents to 57 per game.
