Savor the Flavors

Join the CSI Alumni Association and popular Island restaurants as we prepare for the 9th Annual Savor the Flavors, a scholarship fundraiser to benefit CSI students, with more than 40 scholarships granted since 2010.

Popular Island restaurants will showcase their signature dishes and describe how their dishes are prepared. Sample the bountiful cuisine and enjoy wine tasting, beverages, desserts, music, and raffles.

Tickets are $40. Online registration ends April 6, 2018. General Admisssion tickets ($50) will be available at the door on the day of the event, cash or check only.
