The Gallery of the College of Staten Island presents: Lighting the Past, a solo exhibition of sculpture and monotypes by Associate Professor of Sculpture Marianne Weil. After exploring new materials and techniques, past ideas and aesthetics resurface, providing insight into an exciting new body of work.
The exhibit will be on view from Thursday, Apr. 19 to Wednesday May 16, 2018 at the Art Gallery of the College of Staten Island in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P), Room 112.
An Opening Reception will take place on Thursday, Apr. 19 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
In addition, an Artist Talk by Prof. Marianne Weil will be held on Thursday Apr. 19 from 4:15pm to 5:00pm at the Gallery.
