2018-2019 Parking Decals

Parking Decals for the 2018/2019 academic year are now available.

Beat the rush and visit the Office of Parking & DolphinCard Services to purchase your 2018-2019 Parking Decal.  It is easy as 1-2-3:

1.         Click on the Parking Decal Application and print

2.         Refer to the Faculty/Staff fee schedule to determine the appropriate payment

3.         Bring your completed form and payment to the Office of Parking & DolphinCard Services located in Building  3A, Room 106.

Cash, check, money order, and credit cards (Amex, MasterCard, VISA) are accepted. Checks should be made payable to “CSI-ASC.”

Please note that parking control (access) gates in the faculty/staff sections of Lots 1, 2, and 3 require a valid CSI DolphinCard to operate. If you haven’t gotten your DolphinCard yet or are experiencing issues with your card, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you.
