The Division of Student and Enrollment Services/Office of Student Life is now accepting applications for the College of Staten Island’s 2019-2020 Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). The Emerging Leaders Program is a full-year leadership program for students who are looking to explore, develop, and expand their leadership skills. Students will gain leadership experience outside of the classroom while sharpening their knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career as a leader in today’s workforce.
The curriculum includes six leadership workshops offered each semester by CSI faculty and staff. Students will have various opportunities to enhance their own leadership throughout the year by attending Leadership workshops, volunteering in the community, and building relationships with current CSI student leaders, faculty, and staff. All applicants must have completed a minimum of 20 credits by the start of the Fall 2019 semester, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, be a full-time student at CSI, and maintain the required GPA. Students from all academic majors are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through May 31, 2019. Applications are available online.
