Sophisticated phishing email attacks are constantly targeting individuals with requests for personal information. The Office of Technology Services is working hard to thwart attacks. However, it’s impossible to remedy the problem without your continuous help. Please be cautious when you receive unusual emails requesting personal information or mention gift cards. These emails may be from an external source disguised to look like an email from a colleague. In the future, CSI’s email system will attempt to detect this type of phishing method and append a warning message to suspect emails. Please take extra caution if you receive the warning message in your email. The warning message you may receive is online.
