The College Council and Faculty Senate Executive Committees have invited all faculty and staff to a town hall today to engage in a candid exchange of topics that we have been discussing in various meetings over the past several months.
I am looking forward to hearing the feedback received from this meeting through the Executive Committees and working with all of you to address concerns raised. Please be sure to share your ideas and suggestions so that together we may find a way forward. In the meantime, I am working with Cabinet to submit a meaningful and sustainable plan to IPC that focuses on increasing diversity, inclusion, and equity on campus.
