Early Payroll Closing deadlines for Part time employees

This message applies to College Assistants ( and related titles), Non -Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, and part-time College Lab Techs. 

The University has notified campuses of the need for an early close for the Feb. 25, 2021 paychecks (Pay Period 24) due to a scheduled upgrade of the State’s Payroll system. As a result, there will be a limited number of days to process timesheets for College Assistants (and all related titles), Non-Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, and part time College Lab Techs. In order to ensure payment on Feb. 25 for time worked during pay period 24, all timesheets must be submitted according to the modified schedules below.

College Assistants – Approved timesheets for hours worked between Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021 to Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021 must be submitted to CA-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021.

Non-Teaching Adjuncts and Continuing Education Teachers – Approved timesheets for hours worked between Jan. 17, 2021 to Jan. 30, 2021 must be submitted to NTA-CLT-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021.

Part-time College Lab Techs – Approved timesheets for hours worked between Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021 and Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021 must be submitted to NTA-CLT-timesheets@csi.cuny.edu no later than close of business on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021.  Timesheets for hours worked between Thursday, Feb. 4 2021 and Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021 will need to be submitted on Monday, Feb. 8, 2021 for a payment date of Thursday, Mar. 11, 2021.

Timesheets not received by the deadlines above will be processed for PP25 with a pay date Mar. 11, 2021.
