Celebrate Open Access WeekAn Introduction Open Access and Open Access Publishing, Friday, Oct. 29 from noon to 1:00pm with Megan Wacha, Scholarly Communications Librarian, Office of Library Services.

The theme of the 2021 Open Access Week, “It Matters How We Open Knowledge: Building Structural Equity,” is inspired by the UNESCO Recommendations on Open Science. This workshop will address the basics of open-access publishing and provide attendees with practical tips for locating freely available research produced by others, as well as finding quality, no-cost venues to share their own.
