Please be aware that due to staffing issues related to the COVID pandemic, until further notice, the Mailroom will not be making regular campus deliveries. You may, however, pick up your mail by making arrangements in advance. To do so, or if a special delivery is required, please call the Mailroom campus extension x3220, or send an email to to schedule a convenient time for your office and the Mailroom personnel to make the exchange.

Please understand that short-staffing may make same-day arrangements difficult, and be prepared to arrange a time and place that may not be the same day as your request. 

If a special arrangement is needed for a delivery, please be sure that your office or the delivery location is staffed at the agreed-upon time for a receipt to be signed; items will not be left without a signature.
