The College of Staten Island is among the Best Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in New York, according to University HQ (UHQ), improving on its ranking from a year ago as well.  CSI was ranked in the Top 100 in both categories.

Explaining its methodology, UHQ noted that it gathered data from the most reliable and unbiased sources, that measures such things as: preferred major tracks and programs, financial assistance options, outlook employment data and payrates upon graduation. Other ranking factors include cost of tuition, admission, retention, and graduation rates, graduating salary (ROI), loan default rates, and percentage of students receiving aid.

This is the second-straight year that CSI has ranked on UHQ’s top 100 list. CSI ranked No. 87 overall among the Best Bachelor’s Degrees, retaining their rank from a year ago, while placing No. 79 in Master’s Degrees, a significant jump of 17 spots from a year ago.
