I am writing to remind all departments and offices of our mail delivery schedule.
Mailroom staff will continue to deliver all United States Postal Service mail along with Reprographics orders and small loading dock deliveries on a daily basis between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm. All deliveries require a signature on the hand-held devices used by our Mailroom personnel.
In instances when deliveries cannot be made due to office closures, staff will not be able to make additional trips to specific offices. If your office was not open during the normal delivery rounds, please contact the Mailroom at 718.982.3227 to arrange a convenient time when Mailroom staff will be available for you to sign for your items. The Mailroom is located on the 2nd floor of Building 1M. When you pick up your mail, we hope you will be willing to sign for and return your colleagues’ and department’s mail to your suite as well.
