CUNY Chancellor Félix V. Matos Rodríguez visited the CSI campus, this week, and toured the campus’s recently completed track renovation, as well as the ongoing sidewalk reconstruction project. On hand for the event were CSI Interim President Timothy G. Lynch, Interim Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Michael Steiper, former New York State Assemblyperson Michael Cusick,CUNY Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer Héctor Batista, and representatives of New York Governor Kathy Hochul and New York State Senator Andrew Lanza. In his remarks, the Chancellor noted that the projects at CSI are part of an almost $1B investment in infrastructure, University-wide.
