As a follow up to the message concerning Fall 2023 onsite density levels, please note that all employees who are approved to work a portion of their work schedule remotely (30% or less) should complete and sign a Remote Work Agreement (cuny.edu) and submit it to their supervisor for signature. The use of these agreements have been extended through June 30, 2024, based on upon agreement with the PSC and DC37 and should be kept on file in all departments. Each form should detail the employee’s fall schedule as approved by their supervisors.

Each department should have a master schedule detailing office coverage, which should be shared with the appropriate division administrator. These schedules should be completed as soon as possible, but no later than the first day of fall classes, Friday, Aug. 25. Please also ensure that all email auto replies, voicemails, and department Websites have current and up-to-date information. It is important that students, as well as our colleagues across campus, know how to reach a specific department when needed.

As always, Public Safety staff and other essential employees will continue to work 100% in-person, and we are grateful for their continued presence on campus.
