The Center for Global Engagement is hosting a group of ten undergraduate students from Liverpool John Moores University (LIMU), UK from July 31 until tomorrow.
This is the second group that arrived from LJMU to participate in the College of Staten Island’s summer program with the first group of 24 students having visited CSI in 2018. This year’s course is focused on “Sustainability in New York City.”
One of the many places the students visited was Freshkills Park to see its transformation from one of the world’s largest landfills into a beautiful public space.
