In this regard, the voice recognition feature (Nuance) currently used in our legacy phone system will be decommissioned on Wednesday, Oct. 25 due to security vulnerabilities. When Nuance is decommissioned, you will no longer be able to dial extension 2000 for phone directory assistance. Alternatively, you can use the CSI Phone Directory, located on the header and footer sections on the homepage of our Website to look up contact information.
