We are pleased to announce the availability of Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in CUNYfirst. Eligible employees can submit PSLF certification requests directly through CUNYfirst Employee Self-Service (ESS) by following the instructions in the online guide.
Submitting requests through ESS will notify HR to review and verify your employment. In the future, employees are encouraged to submit PSLF requests through ESS. Although you are still able to work with HR in person to verify your employment for PSLF purposes, be advised that HR will input the request into CUNYfirst on your behalf.
If you have submitted any requests prior to today, you do not need to re-submit those requests.
